哈哈..你大概被字面卡住.
她的確沒有直接說,
但是這就是她整段的表達,
她的意思就是建議要選"容易穿脫"的鞋子啊

這樣你要"換姿勢"也就是要伸腿的時候就比較輕鬆
因為你可以輕鬆把鞋子稍微脫下(比較放鬆)

這點跟坐飛機或長途車是一樣的道理
